Providing more than just football at the Moorooduc Bombers. Not only is Noah Newson one of our stars on the football field he is also set to be a star on radio. After an interview on 98.7RPP with his team mates from the Moorooduc Bombers for the Junior Footy Breakfast Show, Noah certainly had a taste and flair I might add for the media. It is on the back of this that Noah expressed an interest in gaining some experience in radio. The Club contacted Peter Susovich from RPP and asked what are the chances of him taking young Noah under his wing and turns out chances were excellent. Noah will join the commentary team for the Junior Footy Show at least once a fortnight and his radio debut will be tomorrow morning from 8am-9am. Congratulations Noah! So tune in fans to 98.7FM and make sure you ask the hard questions Noah, we are all behind you at the Bombers!

The proof is in the pudding that kids who feel valued and are connected to their community wether through sports, the arts or other community activity do well in and stay in school, stay connected to family and are less likely to be affected by the trauma associated with mental health.
